Senior UX Designer

Job Description for Senior UX Designer:
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical technical knowledge within user experience design.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
Studies users' feeling and experience when using company products and makes improvements according to research and feedback.
Identifies technical requirements and develops ideas through scenarios, sketches, story boards, user flows, wireframes, motion studies, mock-ups and prototypes.
Collaborates with a team of designers, researchers and engineers, brainstorming concepts from a customer's viewpoint.
Participates in user research for refinement of ideas and concepts.
Stays informed on technology and research on customer preferences, identifying opportunities to apply new technologies and interaction patterns to customer problems.
Performs a range of technical assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedure.
Contributes to delivery of team goals through personal efforts or through influence over team members.
The CIOx Data and Operational Excellence's Senior User Experience Designer is not your typical UX Design role.
We are looking for designer with a good blend of visual design, user research and strategic communication skills.
In this role you will work with Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology teams as well as customers to design innovative new user experience that embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) into professionals' workflows into a variety of products and expert solutions.
Skills and proficiency:
Work independently to build relationships with key business partners and customers to uncover unmet needs.
Lead others in identifying and solving complex technical user problems.
Bring to life surprising and actionable insights that influence product strategy and enable the development of usable, useful and desirable experiences.
Design end-to-end workflow solutions that help user achieve their goals, then influence partners to champion the use of these workflows to ensure a user focused product design culture across CIOx.
Use design thinking skills to facilitate, extract, and gain consensus on the groups best ideas to solve the next generation of complex business challenges using AI.
Translate insights into artifacts, visual stories, sketches, drawings, low/ high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes.
Use effective communication and storytelling techniques to bring ideas to life, gain influence, buy-in, and adoption across a wide variety of teams and departments.
Evangelize and champion user research and user experience design to executive audiences and across the organization.
Experience:
Minimum of three years professional experience as user experience designer, User interaction designer (UI) or user experience researcher.
Stellar portfolio showing examples of digital user experiences you have created, preferably using complex data or AI.
Strong understanding of how and when to apply different design research methods, usability testing, and leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to support design decisions.
Experience with Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in fast moving environments while delivering resultsEducation:
Master's degree HCI, interaction design, design & technology, information architecture, or equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
