In this role you will be responsible for sales and retail support for the Farm & Ranch channel.
This is a remote (virtual) field-based sales position that must be located within the geographic territory of Richmond, VA; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC or the DC area.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Responsible for sales and retail store support for assigned geography.
Training of store level associates and broker sales associates.
Support National Retail services with revenue exceeding $280mm.
Education and Experience required:
A minimum of 1 years selling in the feed industry (channel preferred).
Bachelor's Degree required.
1-2 years experience training at store-level with a focus on consultative selling (preferred) Competencies and other skills:
Budget management, sales data analysis, training retail and customer salespeople, Feed industry knowledge a plusThis is a sales role that is compensated with a target mix of base salary plus commission.
Base salary is dependent upon experience/tenure and generally ranges between $70,000 - $90,000.
Commission is driven by individual performance.
