com Hello, We are seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in post-acute and long-term care.
This position will serve the Roanoke Valley and Clifton Forge, VA area.
Full-time Permanent Position (Exact schedule discussed during the initial interview) The position is hourly, Monday - Friday.
Rotational on-call coverage (You will split your time between two facilities) Experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, General Practice preferred Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients of the Adult/Geriatric population Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers Must have 1
years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Virginia license must be in hand or in process, with active DEA license Highly Competitive salary with benefits including 401(k), CME, Health/Dental Insurance, PTO, and more including BONUS PAY.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
